All orders from ABFY Jewelers are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipments are fully insured, packed and checked by two jewelers before shipped to you. A signature is required upon arrival. Delivery is usually 1-6 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. Contact us for next day air or Saturday delivery options. Standard shipping is $12.00. Shipping is free on all domestic orders over $150.00. For security reasons we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We are required to add 8.65% sales tax to all New York State shipments.
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a tracking number to track your shipment. Rarely, in the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted with an option to cancel your order.
We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however accidents do occur. Do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping box. If there appears to be shipping damage 1) immediately contact your local UPS, FedEx, or USPS for a Damage Inspection report and 2) request that UPS, FedEx, or USPS return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. Claims for damaged goods or packaging should be reported to us within five business days of delivery.

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason , contact us in 2 steps 1) email us at info@abfyjeweler.com , leave your name , date of order , and item purchased or order number ; 2 ) contact us by phone at 1-800-593-5820 , leave your name , date of order , and item purchased or order number . We will make every effort to cancel your order - however it is difficult because orders are processed quickly and efficiently . There is a generous 21 day return policy if your item cannot be cancelled in time .

International Shipping
International orders are always welcome, but may take longer for delivery. Due to overseas postal services, international shipping is not available in every country. International shipping is $55.00. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all customs, import duties, VAT, and taxes. If there are any additional fees, we will contact you prior to shipping with an option of canceling the order. We accept international money orders in US funds and wire payments as well. Contact us for more information. We are unable to accept international credit cards at this time. We do not ship to Brazil, Nigeria, India, Indonesia and Pakistan. Please note that ABFY Jewelers reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion.
