At ABFY Jewelers our goal is to have your 100% complete satisfaction. We know that your purchase from us will surpass your expectations. If you are still not satisfied with your jewelry purchase we will exchange, replace, or refund unused items in their original condition that they were received within 21 days from the date of shipment. To correctly return your jewelry, please read all return instructions:
1. Email your order number to our distributor service@divadiamonds.net and ask for a return authorization number. This number should be placed on the original sales slip and outside shipping label. We will promptly reply to your email with complete return instructions.
2. Do not write any other words or information on the outside of the box other than the RAN number.
3. Double box the item and insure it for the full value with a signature upon receipt.
4. Securely package and ship the item with all contents from original shipment. For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two jewelers who verify the contents upon arrival.
Acceptable returns include all items in original shipment condition, certificates, jewelry boxes, free gifts, and all other promotional items. Purchases made with a credit card will be credited to the same card within 10 business days.
ABFY Jewelers is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping. Shipping charges, gift cards, gift wrapping, sale items, custom jewelry, designer jewelry such as our RKhordipour line of jewelry and rings in sizes other than ‘in stock’ are final sales.
