How do you keep your prices so low?
ABFY Jewelers has been in the jewelry business for more than 20 years. We have tremendous design and manufacturing experience, and access to many of the largest brands in the industry. We also have great relationships with many leading suppliers. We buy diamonds, gemstones and pearls right from the source. ABFY Jewelers does not have the overhead of a large retail staff. Furthermore, we have well-trained customer service representatives who respond quickly to your needs over the internet. We offer jewelry to anyone with internet access, not just customers within driving distance of a retail store. We send personalized emails featuring jewelry that interests you most. With the internet, it's easy to buy and easy for us to ship to you.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.
Can you make your designs with other gemstones?
As direct manufacturers we are able to give you the widest selection. Many of our designs are available in a variety of sizes and qualities ranging from .12ctw to 5ctw and G/H-VS to I/J-I1. Don't hesitate to contact us to custom size or design your ring. We're here to help.
How do I make a custom order?
Easy! Just look through our website, or send us a picture of a design you like, and contact us for a quote. Decide on a color gemstone or diamond. Remember to choose a design you love, a custom ring is made special for you!
Can I ship to an address other than my home address?
We can ship to another address, however, if you used your credit card, we will need the billing address on record with your credit card company. This is strictly for security reasons.
